Pilates with Larisa
We are pleased to announce that Royston Bowling Club will be hosting a new event in the clubhouse!
Every Friday (starting from March 7th), there will be Pilates sessions held starting at 10:30am. Larisa is offering new members to her course a 10% discount as well as an offer for attending the first 5 weeks sessions!
Pilates is a set of body strengthening exercises, aiming to strengthen and tone muscles. If focuses mainly on the core but can also improve flexibility, posture and balance.
