Club tidy up

With the new bowling season kicking off on Saturday 19th April, Royston Bowling Club has been a hive of activity — and it’s all thanks to our brilliant members who’ve been working hard to get everything in shape.

Over the past weekend, volunteers have been out in force, tackling all sorts of jobs around the club. A special thank you goes to those who took on the painting duties — the benches are looking bright and welcoming, and the sheds have had a fresh new coat too! The green has also had a proper mow, and it’s now looking in fantastic condition, ready for the first bowl of the season.

From tidying the green surrounds and clearing paths, to sprucing up the clubhouse and preparing equipment, it’s been a fantastic team effort. The club is looking better than ever, and we’re all set for what promises to be a great season.

We truly appreciate everyone who gave up their time to help out — your efforts don’t go unnoticed and make a real difference.
